Sierra Charts lets you do this, along with global crosshair with click and drag. I have it set up on my mouse's forward and back buttons to toggle scale and range the chart for full control over the environment. Granted I had to spend some time configuring but it's pretty sweet now.
You can configure Motivewave in a way that it does that (which i did). The cool thing about Motivewave is that you can compress the charts as much as you like (in the latest version). No more awkward and clunky switching timeframes.
I am trying Tradovate on a demo (14 days). I think you can do what you want with the mouse. I am not a fan, since I am not used to this possibility, but I think it could be what you are looking for: With the wheel, you can zoom in and out, but probably just from the last bar (not sure).
With Tradestation, you can use YMM21 for the current front month YM contract. You can use @YM the YM continuous contract. And you can use @YMM21 as a continuous contract you will be able to trade.
