I trade about 6 to 8 times in a six hour period.
The difference for me was to kill the trade as soon as it didn't look right, anywhere from 1 second to two minutes.
Once upon a time I would wait hours hoping for the trade to come good.
I now make a point of immediately forgetting the trade.
I do not work out the pips gained or lost until I've finished for the night.
