I thought it worth starting a new thread as the original thread where this idea started
is very different from where I ended up on a code project.
Use case: You are an NT7 user, you have a remote server you trade on, and you want some protection in case you lose contact with it. You also want to monitor, in real time, things such as your overall account balance and exchange data delays. You want the remote server to be able to get flat on its own if it can't contact you, if you are down a certain % per session, or if exchange data hitting your server it out of whack.
Attached a cs file I stopped sharing publicly since June 2010, but it has been under continuous development.
If the Use Case interests you please have a look at the code. Over the past six months I've coded it with my own requirements in mind so silly things like audio file names should be checked. I'm posting it here so that it can be made better by the community before updating the version that is currently available in the Elite Downloads section.
It is currently called a_SystemMonitor so it shows up at the top of my strats list but the Ninja guys don't follow proper CLS conventions in NT7 so it might end up as SystemMonitor.
