Does anyone Trad YM or ES or TF at mkt close? bet 2-3 pm cst?
how is it diff from mkt open?

I have seen mkt close is slower than mkt open, do you use same chart at the open and close, or slower chart at the close, example 50Ticks at open and 30Ticks at close

thks

I always look for something...most times it is slower but you can get trades. I usually look for a 2:00 turn around....there is usually an attempt to turn around that time.
That being said...today and yesterday for that matter are goofy so.....
I use the same charts all the time.

I look for the turn around 1400 (2 EST) but as you know sometimes like on trend days for example you might not get a turn around or maybe your still riding a trend for that matter until the last few minutes of the day.

As far as the after hours stuff...I take that on a case by case basis...if I know there is something likely to happen I'll do something other than that I just move over to currencies...either way I always use the same charts
