This was quit an exiting movie at those times and the sound was formidable for those times. I think it even is a match for today's "Bum Bum Bum" music.

I like the Bangles cover of "Hazy Shade of Winter" more than the original Simon and Garfunkel version.
I remember the movie "Less than Zero" used in the video as a great film too based on the Bret Easton Ellis novel from the eighties.
