You can set up buttons on the side of the chart those are the fastest way to do it. or if you right click on the chart you can buy and sell also . You can also program them in. I use this place called Quick Ninja they make custom indicators think i got some for 20 dollars on it.

Somewhere on NT's user forum there was a review of 4-6 commercial ~"Click Trader" addons but I could not find the post.

Also some prop trading firms offer multi account trade interfaces..
