So, after Vinny was outed as a fraud on X with $1M in losses and then he deleted a bunch of videos to cover up his tracks he now does what? He now posts these outrageous videos with enormous amounts of profit on most days. One day was over a million. Seriously, this is comical to experienced traders and also dangerous to the newbies that believe this is factual activity. Is it time to report him to the Texas AG, Texas Securites Commission or the FBI, probably. One fight at a time for me, someone else in Texas needs to step up if they have been burned by this guy. My civil case is still on going and I am tempted to share however discretion is required. I'll just say this, when it comes right down to it, he is full of hot air and his bark is worse than his bite. The real funny part is that he claims to be a "christian," even quoting Bible verses. He could be a great politician!

By the way, I don't see how his heavy loaded charts with indicators and "stuff" can perform in Ninja. Ninja is well-known to lag considerably when you have a lot of indicators. So, if anybody had any experience with that, please share.

In fairness to the folks like me who live the life, day in and day out. There are multiple warnings in the Bible of false "Christians" and also the false gospels. The "religious" are a dime a dozen, but genuine Christians are few and far. As an apologist, I had to say something on behalf of the elect. :-)

What a clown, so to summarize:

Vinny intimidates Matt with threats of lawsuit (not saying Matt is a great guy either, just that Vinny can't help but have drama with other vendors)
Matt doesn't back down and calls Vinny's bluff
Vinny's decade+ long scam inflated his ego and he actually sues Matt
Discovery in the case release Vinny's live brokerage statements over the last 10 years, where he has lost over 1 million dollars in real money in his brokerage accounts
Vinny's ego has owned him, and Vinny tries to close the case, but the motions to dismiss are denied
Wonder how much Vinny has to pay Matt?

The most amazing part to me is that even with Vinny's massive losses in his brokerage statements becoming public from all this, somehow Algobox is still getting new marks. Just goes to show that some people just can't be helped

Probably because alot of people don't know about this thread though. But then again, people that are stupid tend to fall for scams that promises riches....

I agree 100% percent that Vinny's ego is his downfall. As for playing nice with Matt Cowart all it took was a $50,000 potential fine if he stepped out of line per the court documents posted earlier in this thread. Saving face is a narcistic ego attempt to circumvent negativity and criticism. He initiated the case, and it ended up being a draw, nobody won, and no funds were awarded. IMHO he lost as he wasted his time and money on going down this path all due to his ego.

As for my civil case against Vinny I received a default judgement this last Monday. He lost and I have been awarded the right to collect the amount I paid for the membership, all the incurred additional costs to date and moving forward to collect 10.125% interest on the amount due until collected.

I have offered him to settle with me promptly and disregard the interest. If chooses to ignore this request, then I will put the hammer down and force collection out of his control with interest and additional costs included. If he replies and resorts to his usual childish punk behavior by slinging derogatory remarks, I will offer my knowledge and experience to the world assisting anyone who has also been harmed by his scam and unethical business practices so they can hopefully be made whole again.

This activity of his has gone on for far too long, has hurt too many people and needs to be stopped. Take a stand and fight!

This is great news. Really happy for you. I truly hope more people will gather up and do this.
As you said this has gone on for far too long. Personally I would just collect all the interest as well. Vinny doesn't deserve neither pity or kindness.
