Though we have spent considerable effort to build the station and concentrate daily on using it, perhaps the most important time each day is taking a break to stretch, take a walk or hydrate.
One of my favorite pieces of equipment at my station is this little bamboo timer cube that can be flipped to beep in 5, 10, 20, or 25 minutes to remind me to break and rejuvenate. Bamboo timer cube
Congratulations to the winners! I will be relaying the winners info to Apex so that they can award prizes, so be on the lookout for an email from them.

Nine out of my ten monitors. Two pc's and a laptop. I will submit more pictures, some featuring a few oddities you might enjoy discovering over the next few days. BTW, it's past midnight here in Florida, so even the longest February is over.

I'm a single screen trader. My M1 Mac is good enough to run Sierrachart in parallels. I don't like staring screen, even OLED. Once I tried a projector, I never went back to monitors.
This setup of reflected light from my nebula capsule laser 1080p projector with inbuilt wireless screen mirroring is simple yet perfect for me. 1
Due to the holidays we've seen slow interest, so I am postponing this Battlestations until August. Prizes will remain the same as sponsored by @Jigsaw Trading.
