Ok thanks Could you explaine logically why 6:00 EST and not 2:30 EST Obviouly the open at 9:00 EST makes sense....... To me 2:30 EST make more sense than 6:00 EST 2:30 EST is the daily settlement price for that day 6:00 EST is just the 45 min break for server work ect May be im wrong in thinking that the 6:00 EST has no value

need to say I don't trade CL, but it's the same for every market.

you either use eth or rth open to start calculating vwap or mp.

for ES as example, I prefer the eth because of the news at 08:30 am.

Im ussing a Vwap indicator that will let me set ETH for the sessions i have set up or RTH

Because my session i have set up is from 9:00 - 2:30 and 2:30 - 9:00 it alows the Vwap to be calculated from 2:30 to 2:30 the next day basically if that makes sense

these vwap continuation trades are not working these last few days.Extremes are priority on these tight days.I was looking to cover just below 88.40,and consider a long down there..we will see
