Please find attached the modified indicator as per your request, the implementation of the arrows is very time consuming per the current structure of the indicator, the fastest solution I could think of as of now is FlyMode, it is not perfect but I hope it helps you .
If the lines shift below Plots boundaries press F5 to reload, don't forget to save the changes as you progress and use the Reset button when it's easier to start the lines again rather than shifting them.
Bassam,
Thank you so much. I have been trying out the version in the NT download support forum v3
This is a really great tool.
I find it works excellent if I stay away from the grab handles on the entry, stop, target lines.
I found the section where the X distances of the text and vertical arrows and text can be adjusted.
I see you use a rectangle instantiated as "bounds" but can't quite figure out how to move the entry, stop, target lines so they can overlap the last few candles. I would like to overlap the 3 lines with price perhaps 10 candles. I'll keep looking at your code. Any advice on how the bounds rectangle relates and how all the offsets work would be greatly appreciated.
I've been using it in single target percentage mode as I'm a discretionary trader.
I see it has the feature to display 0 quantity if the risk limit is above the max amount for the max account percent. Are there any plans to add a currency amount for the max risk calculation. Perhaps to the right of the ratio, a $xxxx.yy? I'd love to be able to see how much play room I have for adding a few more dollars of risk to to a trade. So if I've got it on 1.1% risk for a $20K account, with a max of $220 risk, I like to make a manual decision of whether risking $240 for a few extra dollars makes sense since it's only $20 more.
What would also be excellent is if it auto updated the quantity in Chart Trader. So the tiny up and down arrows weren't needed. Perhaps through a strategy somehow?
This is really a great contribution to the community. It really encourages everyone to use a sound sizing strategy.
I've got 2 indicators I'm going to upload also. One of which there is a version that is actually calculated incorrectly in the public forum downloads.
I am new to Ninja, and have liked this indicator to have shown, Entry, SL, Target but completely clueless how to use it, i mean, how to activate it ?
I have a file named - AdvancedRiskReward.cs
Can someone please guide, where to place this file, what to do next? and then how to plot Entry, SL, Target value on different chart, with different respective values,
Thanks for guidance, and answering this silly questions, to masters.
Somehow, i managed, but i can only draw lines. Do i have to separately add text?
I thought, with click of mouse button for Entry, SL, and targets, price would automatically getting added to the respective lines
