Poor bastard doesn't know his ___ from a hole in the ground....lol.

First off, has the wrong prize in mind. Journalist are awarded the Pulitzer Prize not the Nobel Prize.

Second, completely unfamiliar with the Nobel Prize and called it the Noble Prize then backtracked and pretended (as well as deleting tweets which he was told he can't do because everything the President says publicly is "on the record" so to speak) he was (once again) being sarcastic and gave us the definition of noble etc etc.

Hence the unorthodox "Funny Pic of the Day".....
