At this time, Order Flow + is only available with a NinjaTrader 8 Lifetime license. The following license types will not have access to these built-in tools:

• All NT7 licenses
• NT8 Lease licenses
• NT Direct Edition licenses
• NT8 Free Simulation version (still deciding on this one)

By providing and marketing built-in Order Flow tools, we will be increasing the exposure of this style of analysis thus increasing the total audience of prospective customers which will directly benefit NinjaTrader vendors. That being said, there are many varying implementation and interpretations of these types of tools that our vendors bring giving the NinjaTrader user community incredible choice.

Order Flow + will be included (built-in) to NinjaTrader 8 Release 12 due out at the end of this month.

I did not get to see the webinar live (I seldom can) but thanks to it being available later I was able to watch it.

Great presentation.
Very informative and interesting.

I use similar indicators (custom built) in my NT 7 now.
I look forward to eventually moving to NT 8 to experience the changes.

So are you changing the terms of existing lifetime licence users like myself? I understood that lifetime meant lifetime and it was definitely one of the big attractions when I first purchased it back in NT6.5 days.

If you are an existing Lifetime license holder then you will have access to Order Flow +.

It will be included in our next general release expected by month end. All users are notified by an in product announcement.

What did everyone think of the webinar? Mike

I was impressed that they are on the verge of supporting these concepts, within the framework of the basic product.

I do have a question for Brett but do not know how to route it to him. I'm considering Interactive Brokers but Brett mentioned that their API does not support historical tick-level data. When I brought that up to the API tech support rep at IB, he corrected me. Evidently IB does provide tick-level data through the TWS (Trader Workstation) API, but Ninja is not employing the current version. He told me that Ninja needs to update their implementation to incorporate the 973.04 level of the API, and also the 968 or higher level of TWS. How do we get this info to Brett for his comments? I'd feel better using an IB trading solution if I didn't have to rely on a different feed (Kinetick) for the tick data.
