I have a high win rate + my losers aren't big. I control risk, I come with the right attitude, I trade the moment and the day bias. I know what my job is, losers don't change how I feel about myself or my role-- When I lose, it is because I am trading the wrong conditions.

I think EST has its BS. but it also has its good points. LOL I got into studying it on Youtube after watching the FX tv show, The Americans, when 2 of the characters started going to the meetings. I almost find that some of the things in it relates to Albert Ellis's RBET, which is considered the first CBT. I like the ideas of radical responsibility, but meshed with Ellis's radical self-acceptance and other acceptances, you are not entitled to anything.

The one thing that I've taken away from the EST vids is the idea of Current or as he says Drift-- We can't take responsibility or pride in anything that is basically destined to us by our innate talents/personality, environmental advantage or socio-econ class.

But of course, there's a lot of crazy in it as well. I think the new version of it is called Landmark Forum, they bought the old company from EST and they market to corporate types!

Wow I didn稚 know there were so many Buddhist traders in the world. Personally I知 daoist, believe in vortex action throughout nature. My edge is the pattern of human emotion in large crowds being predictable (for example: Fibonacci, golden mean and Elliot waves and oscillators). As it becomes known as bullish it is bearish as it becomes known as bearish it is bullish. To label it negates from your perception everything else that it is. My trading style I知 new so I知 sure it has a name but basically I take fluctuating positions based on numerous things. Fundamentals such as PE and peg ratios, market cap, company finances, sec.gov filings such as 10ks and how realistic I feel the companies goals are, news, indicators such as oscillators, analyst ratings. Yoy I made 27 picks 21 outperformed, 1 got delisted, 1 purchased by competition, 4 lost, 2 by less than 10%. CDNA was one of my picks back when it was around 3-4$ range.
