The victims of low oil prices in connection with corona crisis. Here Lufthansa, which outsources 100 passenger aircraft to Arizona and Spain, where they are scrapped. These are the large passenger jets A340-600 from Airbus and Boeing 747-400. A319 planes are also being decommissioned by Lufthansa, because without demand the machines no longer have any value. Those machines could be taken over for free. Six A380s go back to the manufacturer Airbus. In addition, 10000 jobs will be cut with immediate effect. Nevertheless, the group still makes a loss of 1 million euros: every hour!

Those that can see/trade the negatives trikes on CME or ICE, I would love to hear what platform/broker you are using. IBKR says they will not support $0 or negative strikes (this whole debacle has really exposed them as the clown show they are).

I know this is too late for those caught long CL may in TWS, but I did notice the contract stop printing when it went negative, but I also saw the native calendar spreads, as well as native inter-commodity spreads (RB.CL may) were still quoting. So I am curious if it was possible to say put on a spread trade to close the CL may contract, then put on a closing trade for the second leg.

You being an energy guy know that there's lots of energy products that trade negative, especially Gas Basis. So any platform with access to ICE S2F is almost guaranteed to offer it.

ICE/WebICE just enabled negative strikes on WTI and Brent as well. Obviously ICE WTI not as liquid as NYMEX CL but should be something tehre?
