I've used this in the past:
https://symless.com/synergy/features
Synergy lets you control multiple computers using a single keyboard and mouse. it worked well for me.
There are also other kinds of tools like TeamViewer or even just traditional Windows Remote Desktop. What have you tried so far?

I have used this for about 4 years: https://smile.amazon.com:443/gp/product/B00BD8I2OY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This allows USB peripherals to be shared by 2 computers by flipping a switch. I have a wired keyboard and wireless mouse plugged into this and shared by 2 computers. But this will probably not work for switching monitor output between your laptops. If you can use DP output from one laptop and HDMI or DVI from the other to the same monitors, you could switch monitor output depending upon which laptop you are using. It depends upon what inputs are available on your monitors. My monitors have 2xDP and 2xHDMI so I am able to use DP from both my machines.
Works great on both windows and linux.

My setup
Two precision M6500 laptops one of which have two external monitors using the plugable UGA 3000 to witch they are DP and HDMI I been using the j5create USB 3.0 wormhole and the problem with that is disconnects when I log off and difficult to reconnect. I have look at the one your are using and the question I have is? do you have to use the button to in order to use the mouse on the second laptop or only ones to connect the two.
BTW I am on a wireless connection I don't have wirless network.

Yeah, that device connects to 2 computers and you use the button to choose which computer receives the input from your keyboard and mouse.
