Update: No reply from "Marion" or anyone else - only that the file has been sent to "another level".
I made a post in Trustpilot. A response was posted from Apex as follows:

"Reply from Apex Trader Funding

Updated 3 days ago
We have great support. We don't sell the trade copier it is a separate company so we don't provide support for it. We do suggest you watch the videos the other company provides to use it correctly."

Note that the download page is from APEX INVESTING - not a third party vendor.

The only video at their website is from Darrell Martin explaining the trade copier, but no real details about its function. He makes no mention that the software is from a third party vendor.

The "other company" who apparently developed the software denies they have sold or leased their software to Apex.

Apex has refunded the sign up fee, resets and cost of the trade copier. In other words, everything has been refunded. I am satisfied with the result.

If you now decide to re-purchase the trade copier, I would buy it from the creator...Flowbots. Used it for a couple of years now, with no problems and all the updates I get notified on. Very good support.

I can't confirm the bad experiences with APEX support. On the contrary. A few months ago there were problems that from time to time positions could not be closed via Ninja Trader (which has been soöved meanwhile with an emergency button in the back office). The support from Mr. Black as well as Chris was almost chat-like, although via email. I also got to know Marion as particularly committed, helpful and authentic. But the crowning glory is really Darrell, who promptly posted an account statement on Youtube at my request due to my bad experiences with allegedly large winning trades. I haven't experienced anything like this before.

Yesterday I was still praising APEX, only to find out today that APEX no longer serves customers from Thailand and many other countries for absolutely incomprehensible and super vague "reasons". Unbelievable!!!

Over 100 countries are available to participate in the services offered by Apex Trader Funding!

EXISTING CUSTOMERS: If you are an existing customer with us and your country is now on the list of countries that we can NOT accept new traders from, we will STILL service your existing account! This means that your current accounts can still be allowed, traded, reset and funded as usual. The system will not allow new traders, new user accounts, or new account packages to be purchased from the list of countries below. So if you are an existing member, your current accounts can remain active; resets, PA, and Prop accounts can be purchased, but you will be UNABLE to purchase any NEW or Additional Evaluation Accounts moving forward.

Why are certain countries not available for new service or NO LONGER available for New or Additional accounts?
There are multiple reasons that certain countries may not be available for service at this time, some of these reasons could be, but not limited to:
* Countries with certain sanctions.
* Countries that are embargoed.
* Countries that certain platforms, brokers, Prop Firms, or data providers are not able or willing to service or open live accounts for, as this would affect the ability to properly service traders without the ability to give access to trade live funds.
* Countries with a historical higher level or potential fraud risk including but not limited to: credit card fraud and fraud rings, identity theft, hacking, credit card charge backs, phishing scams, online theft or fraud, wire fraud, financial frauds, etc. Also to include countries that have limits or restrictions in the amount per year that can be spent on a credit card overseas (outside their country) which limits the ability to pay for recurring charges and causes the use of credit cards that are not in their name, but use of multiple credit cards, in multiple individuals' names. This is not allowed as each trader must purchase and pay for all accounts with cards in their own name.
* Countries we are not able to provide service and training to at the high level of service that Apex strives for. For example language barriers, communication, service reps that speak the common language of that country, training materials and videos available in that language. These things being an issue can create a situation where we are not able to educate and service the trader to the high level that we strive for. In the future we do plan to expand the service and training department, convert training materials and videos into other languages and have staff to support it ongoing. At which point some countries from the list below could then be able to be part of the Apex Community and we look forward to that day!
* Countries unavailable or on a restricted list with certain payment services ( Deel- Paypal etc ) , apps, companies, or on a restricted wire transfer list. NOTE: As of September 30th 2022 all Apex payments for PA Accounts and Affiliate payouts will go through DEEL which does have a restricted countries list and will also require account and ID verification, in order to receive payments.

Regulations should be sufficient explanation. This business is over regulated, but one way or the another, the subject of regulation (i.e., Apex) must comply. Do you believe that Apex would prohibit any specific country voluntarily?
