Lost -$820 today. Hit the max drawdown on the OneUp Evaluation. I'm going back to practicing more on demo before continuing with the OneUp Evaluation again. 9-14-22 NQZ2 -$820
That is a good decision. I think 3 profit month in a row is a good goal before you go back to the Evaluation. By the way, i would recommend a Prop firm with End of Day Drawdown. Good luck and hope we will see you soon back
A 3 profit month would be a good target to have to make sure the strategy is valid. I didn't get a chance to test the strategy as thoroughly as I would have liked to. I'm back to MT5 demo to practice the strategy.
I'm using Larry Williams' method. It's a 3 sma on the high, the low, and the mid. When price retraces to the 3 sma high after a breakout lower you go short. If price retraces to the 3 sma low after a breakout higher you go long. You exit when the price goes to the other side. So you enter on the 3 sma high and exit when price goes to the 3 sma low. I hope this makes sense. If not get the book Day trade futures online by Larry Williams and read the book. It will provide clarification.
Lost -$2040 today. Also, used my real money to buy some puts on QQQ at $195 strike price with Mar 31st 2023 expiration. I believe the markets will tank, and we'll be looking at a market crash. 9-16-22 NQZ2 -$2040
I'll be learning a new trading strategy. I signed up with TradeEZ.com by Stephen Kalayjian. I'll be watching his live streaming trades for 2 weeks and attending his coaching sessions. Afterward, I’ll demo trade his strategy and keep track of the performance. In the meantime, I won't be trading for 2 weeks because I'll be watching Steve trade at TradeEZ.com. I'll keep you guys posted on how well it went.
