We've all been there and I still do it myself, and frequently lol. I see you're on MT4 or is that 5? And also Ninjatrader? Can't say i've seen anyone really use Meta for futures!
I've been using MT5 for my demo account with Amp futures. I'm currently doing the OneUp Trader Evaluation with my Ninjatrader 8 right now. That's why you see 2 different trading platforms.
Last time I did this (reset then bust in a day) I just took a month off, no trades, no sim nothing. Then stayed on sim till I proved to myself I had the discipline to practice good risk management. Also, are you familiar with the double top / double bottom formation? Cuz I see you bought 2nd leg of double top and held for quite a while when it was dropping. Not to be critical, Lord knows I've done the same, to the point where I was ready to try and figure out how to switch buy and sell buttons!
Hate to see you go thorugh this since you obviously have the discipline or you never would have passed the evaluation. You might try to limit yourself to 1 trade in morning and 1 trade in afternoon. Easy to set this limit for me though as I only have $200 in options account...
I've reviewed my trades, and I need to cut my losses faster and be more patient. Today was a better day. Thanks for the helpful tips and advice. Always good to get a 2nd pair of eyes because sometimes you miss the obvious when trading by yourself. I'm just trying to finish my trading during the morning session. I don't want to trade during the afternoon if I can help it.
