Charts not working on 24/7 session for ES. Please Help

Hi guys,

I am connected to multicharts PLE through Rithmic and have a chart pulled up for ES. When I set the sessions: to "24/7"
the chart loads historical data and then the chart stops updating with new data.

My account is still receiving data and I have no problem if I try MES. I have no idea
why is doesn't work for ES.

Other Session times work, but I want to be able to set to 24/7.

Would really appreciate if someone could help. Thank you.

I would suggest contacting their support directly. They can remotely connect to your computer and help you with fixing any problems.
