Hey friend. Looks like supply demand levels and then marking out key news/econ pieces and the levels there. What type of trading do you do? Personally for me when I do stocks or futures. I use daily charts to get my big picture ideas on what I think should happen then use a 5minute chart to enter/exit positions based on patterns. I use a 9ema, 20ema, 50ema and vwap on my intraday charts. majority of the time I look for trends based on the daily + premarket action then buy dips down to support . If there is a big trend then the first pullback to the 9ema/20ema zone (i shade in the zone ) For steeper pulls 50ema or vwap. On the nq or mnq contracts the 50ema works really well. In other words:
Its a live accesssment of what happens
The prior analysis only helps to build a framework to judge what happens live
It is never a "Do x at this level and do y at this level"
