I am sharing my bad experience with Ninjacators LLC. Please don’t fall into their trap and purchase their expensive automated trading system.
I purchased the automated trading system, Robot Lab, from Ninjacator on 31 Mar 2023 because there was a guarantee that if within 3 months there were no profits or didn’t make the amount purchased, I could
get a refund with no hassle, no questions asked and no forms to fill out. An email from their staff Mr.Chris Donielson clearly stated that the guarantee would honor their words and a full refund of the purchase price of the product of $4997.
This guarantee was also mentioned by Christian Bose during his webinar presentation.
I only purchased the system because there was a guarantee, and they made it so convincing that using their system would make back the purchased price within 3 months of use.
I started to use the system on a live account and after 3 months it didn’t perform to expectation. I wrote to Mr. Chris Donielson, and he told me to try it out again as it was a huge mistake to return it
at that moment and he also requested I ask Ninjacator staff to check my system and try to improve it.
But again, after some time the system has not provided any positive results.
When I wrote in for a refund, they asked me to produce several documents even though they had said no questions asked, I have provided all except one which I was unable to and that’s the trade
performance records. I was unable to produce that because
Ninjatrader support told me that the records would only be retained in the NT8 platform for 3 months. I shared that email from NT
support to Ninjacators yet they don’t accept it. I assume they knew about this that’s why they asked me to continue further.
Now they are saying I am on a one-year guarantee and not 3 months guarantee.
This Mr.Chris Donielson is also not replying to my emails, in fact his last email he said he had stepped away but his photo I still on their website.
One of the staff Abigail mentioned I had submitted 3 months of records and when I showed them that email their staff acknowledged my records, but they are not addressing this at all.
I told them that two Ninjacator’s support did a remote in my NT8 esp. they were the ones to install the setup in my NT8 which is running on a VPS that was also recommended by them. And the
the second remote session was when Mr. Chris asked me to get their support to take a look at the setups.
They can even now accuse me of insulting them when I didn’t at all. I replied asking them to please show me where I had insulted them and that everything, I had said was facts, and they stopped
replying.
They also now are saying that even if it's one year or 3 months guarantee, the trade performance records must be produced.
When I questioned them their guarantee had never asked for any records, and they were also not addressing the issue.
Two of their staff had suggested I try the strategy on manual trading which I refused and told them that I purchased the system for auto trades and not manual trading.
I believe I am not alone in the dispute about their guarantee and would like to get back my refund which they are holding back.
I have lodged my complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also the FTC OIG organizations in the US.
Please, please be weary of Ninjacators LLC and their empty promises.
