Please be weary of Ninjacators LLC and their empty promises

Hi did you ever get a refund as I have just purchased strategylab which included a guarantee and also 100 strategies which are available now Thet actually only have 15 strategies at present and refuse to honour their guarantee can anybody help me as to where I can complain about this
