Hey all, wanted to see what you all think. I've been with Ninjatrader for over 3 years now. While they haven't been great during this time (charts are fine, service is garbage), it's just gotten unbearable at this point. For example, out of the blue, and for no reason that they will tell me, I recently began being hassled to provide all kinds of financial documents (bank statements, income, etc) to be "in compliance." All very odd, being I've never been asked for these from any other broker including Vanguard, Schwab, IBKR. This all started last September and I've gotten two more requests since then, providing everything each time. This third request, they locked me out of my account! They will not respond to any of my emails or phone calls. That's the deal breaker for me. I've got a sizable account and I'm making money for them via commissions and yet they keep hassling me. So, I'm leaving, tired of it. So now I'm in the market for a new broker and platform. I've looked around and I do like low maintenance margins during the day (like NT) and came across Discount Trading. They seem like they'd meet all my expectations with the exception that the only way to take money out is via $40 wire transfer or via a mailed check, crazy! But aside from that I think the R Trader Pro platform they recommended would work well for me, and it's free if you do enough round turns each month. Low margin rate: check. Low commissions rate: check. Free platform: check. What do you all think? Any experience with Discount Trading? Please let me know, thank you in advance

Interactive Brokers is the best by far , next would be trade station , followed by Swab and Fidelity . The top brass of Ninja Trader has a thread on the forum ( ask me anything ) i would ask him what the hell is going on . your problem seems not to be wide spread . you are doing something they feel is putting them at risk .
