If I understand correctly you want to add to the MACD a moving average of the MACD.
If this is the case then add the Moving Average - Exponential study to your chart.
In the setting of the exponential MA choose the MACD study under "Based ON" and under "Chart Region" choose the same region of the MACD.
If it's like I wrote in the previous post, you have to add MACD then the Study Subgraph Difference and in the setting doing like in the pictures
