I don't quite understand your question. Do you want to stop using awful and go to heaven with Sierra Chart? (a bit biassed I am, Javascript is awful)
You can open a Sierra Chart Account (and pay for it, 26$/mo after the trial), for connecting your IB account to them I'm pretty sure you need to contact your broker, and the whole point of Tradovate is that you pay for it to have cheap or free comissions (exchange fees i think still do apply tho).
I think you should contact tradovate asking them why do you want to connect to SC?
