Will you be upgrading to Firefox 3.5? The final version is out any minute.
I ran 3.5 when it was called 3.1, and the reason I ended up switching back to 3.0 is because there were some add-ons that just didn't work in 3.5.
I love my addons... Screengrab, Adblock, BBcode, DownThemAll, FireFTP, gTranslate, New Tab Homepage, Prism, SkipScreen, Smart Bookmarks...
So, when 3.5 comes out I am probably going to have to check each of those one by one to make sure there is a 3.5 compatible version of the add-on before I make the switch.
I'm a bit of a news junkie and get it all from 20 odd websites and the access to them is faster and some bugs are gone that used to make viewing news photo's a pain.
I'm upgrading after I post this. I'm a firefox junky - love this browser and cannot stand IE (rant over)
Edit: oh yeah, it really does seem faster. I do have a couple plug-ins that aren't compatible but they weren't w/ the previous version either. Lovin' it so far.
I have cursed it's name many times the last few days.... But it hasn't crashed a single time on me today (was crashing several times a day). I rebooted I think last night in a final fit of rage, maybe something was lingering between the 3.0 and 3.5 installs that a reboot cured.
