The universe seems to want me to trade because I've been given opportunities all my life. I turned down the opportunity to be an assistant to a successful trader at the Merc in 1990, not knowing what I was turning down. Then I married a man who loved the stock market and though I had no interest, ended up day trading with him in 1999 and 2000 simply because I took some time off (I was a contract programmer for hire) and he missed the money I was making. We had a very smart partner and made a lot of money from the internet boom. He was smart enough to know it was a bubble but still lost the money over a 10 year period. We got divorced and when I was ready to date I met a man who did not share his financial background on his dating profile, but when I told him about the day trading he revealed that he had written his own trading software, and when he found out I was broke he taught it to me. It's complicated and based on math, and I've had to support myself and my kids while learning it, but I am getting ready to trade it with real money. That's me.

I've been trading for 4 years and became profitable in the last 18 months. I day trade Bund futures using the 5 min timeframe, and have a swing strategy using the 1H timeframe to enter trades and trade 15 markets including all the major currency pairs, commodities, and indexes. I became profitable trading Trader Dante's strategy, then adjusted it based on my results from back and forward testing. Looking forward to some interesting discussions on here =)

Name is Mike and started trading about 3 years ago. I think I needed a trading adjustment and recently started trading futures with very good success. Overall reason why I'm here though is to learn from everyone in this community and if I can help in the process that's a plus.

I have been working with Ameritrade/TOS and IBKR for the past 2 years.
I also subscribe to 1-3 C2 strategies.
I lose money both ways constantly so am looking for a way to turn this around.
I was attracted to this site by discussions of automated trading strategies.
With C2, I would like to learn how to copy their trades into a follower account.
