I have a great use of this indicator , developed here on futures IO . Velocity showes great turning points when one side become more aggressive. I wonder if some one can add a Sound option to this indicator . One for UP move and one for down move . So trader can hear the soud and pay attention to other charts . https://www.mediafire.com/file/9gr97sx6qty2v0f/VelocityBars_V2_NT7.zip/file
@options, My memory is @trendwaves did all the work on these, his last post for NT7 version I think was this one, #502. I don't recall if it had sound or not but this may be the one you already have.
I added sound alert to the NT 7 VelocityBarV2_Update_1, as update2.
You can enable/disable the sound alert (default is disabled). You can also specify velocity up and down sound files, I use Alert2.wav for up sound and Alert6 for down sound, they come …
And file this away if you expect to move to NT8 as @trendwaves added sound to it here:
My memory is yes there’s a version for Sierra (am on NT myself so don’t have it) search in Okina’s thread “Old Tiger in the Snow”, more toward the latter part of the thread was when it came. Reply if can’t find it and I’ll have a look when I’m home on computer.
Here are the dlls of the GomVelocity see this post : for Sierra, post-2146 builds (you maybe know they changed everything and every dll needs to be recompiled)
I got a request for the new dlls, here they are !
Bob.
