I use AMP. There are a variety of data options you can choose from. I use CQG and get the CME top of book bundle.... I think it's around $10 month. Do you have a specific question?
Yes, I was wondering which feed I'm going to pay for. I'm using Mt5, which is free and I was told my data is from CQG. As far as top or level 2 etc of the book I have no idea. Mt5 does have a DOM, but I'm assuming it's just top of mkt data.
They gave me this calculator, but all I could come up with is a total of $0.10....which has to be wrong with the info I posted above.
That calculator just shows the trade routing fee of 10 cents per side. At the bottom of that page you'll see a link to data fees, which are separate. The level 1 or 2 issue just depends on how you trade. All I need is top of book, or level 1. It's cheaper.
