It seems that you have interpreted it as "rules" infact there are none such. We dare to say that we tried to be always fair with every client/buyers/trials and have resolved issues as long as possible. But it is also hard truth we believe that there is no business where 100% is satisfied. Our reply here can end with this fact but it is better to understand the context behind that response. Here is short sequence of events dated as they happened,
Event 1 (25-Mar-17): You bought DC. You got installed and started working. We assume its Machine-1.Everything OK.
Event 2 (27-Mar-17): Thanks to your feedback of a bug, we corrected that and again its OK.
Event 3 (1-Jun-17): You raised some unrelated issue combining other 3rd part product. We concluded after watching your sent video that its not related to DC. After this no response from you, interpreted its as OK.
Event 4 (4-Oct-17): We shifted your license on you demand. Its Machine-2 now. Below is snap of this. With no further conversation we interpreted you got it working on Machine-2.
Event 5 (10-Jan-18): You reinstalled NT8 on same Machine-2 and asked re-activation, Which was not required. We again helped you with information and finally you replied it as thanks. We interpreted its working.
Event 6 (19-Oct-18): You again approached us saying you have installed NT8 on new PC ? Was this Machine-2 or new machine 3 ?
However you didn't asked for license shift, rather you asked for basic installation steps which we never expect someone would need given the flow of events from 1 to 5. Even then we explained that again. Honestly our response came from little frustration and was not intended in reality. If you felt bad we are sorry for that, but as usual you disappeared again. If you need to shift license just ping us again.

Infact, we get request of trial with a Machine ID which has been of some one already bought it months ago. We were of view that Machine ID are only hardware depend but surprise to know they can change with BIOS update also. Even every new virtual machine install will change machine ID. Response of NT support on this,
Hello,
Machine ID's are generated based on the hardware and software components of a machine. It is uncommon, but not impossible for 2 machines to have the same machine ID. For example if 3 people purchased a machine from a manufacturer with the exact same specs the same week, these may have the same machine ID. this is rare, but if you run in to this situation you'll need to have one or both of users create a user defined ID. NinjaTrader installed via virtual machine: — each virtual machine should generate a unique machine ID.

Hi Guys I just noticed this thread on Devdas's website . Honestly I don't know about his products, but over last several years working with many developers, I found his work very satisfactory. Though he has almost often breached project deadlines but his support is huge bonus over that.
