I've accounts in Apextradingfunding for the last year occasionally and the last four months more seriously. The reason I preferred Apextradingfunding is that both the terms and the cost are much better than the rest of the companies. All this time I am working without special technical issues and the payments which is the biggest concern I had were done ahead of time in every way. I received a total of 6 payments. On 2/5 I requested the 7th payment and it was approved immediately. This payment should be made by 2/15. On 2/14 I receive the following email

The PA payment you requested between February 1 - 5 2024 has been delayed due to incomplete or wrong bank account and payout type (Domesitc or International) information. Login into Apex Trader Funding and verify/update your payout type (even if you see it there, choose it again), routing number, account number, Bank Name, Bank Account First Name and Bank Account Last Name. Your payment can not be sent until you have fixed your account and may be significantly delayed.

The thing is that I had already set up the payment method and had already been paid 3 times that way and apparently I hadn't deactivated it. Technically, this possibility does not exist. In the next 10 minutes I logged into my account and reactivated the payment method that was disabled not by me and sent them an email to let them know and ask if everything is ok. The major problem is that since then I have contacted support several times without ever getting a response although they always responded within 2 days at the most.

Also, I sent 2 private messages here to @ApexTraderFunding with no response. So ten days went by with no response and no deposit for a late payment through no fault of mine. On the company's website my payment is shown as paid.

Because reliability is the most important thing in these companies I am waiting for an answer and will update here on the development of the matter.

It would seem there's an issue with payments recently, as others on Reddit have also said they've not been paid. Please keep us posted, as the payments are the only reason we give these companies money.

These posts are getting me worried as I've just started with multiple Apex PA accounts, having followed discussion on Apex for about a year and watched the changes in their payout systems and rules etc. To date I've seen them as trying to establish a reliable reputation with traders who have a systematic approach, whilst protecting their own company; fair enough.

I am not naive about their very restrictive rules that force me to trade differently, in the early phases. My intention is to establish a decent cash buffer in the PA's before withdrawing small amounts, for long term partnership with Apex. If Apex payouts are becoming unreliable (and I am NOT claiming that they are at this point), then I may switch to another firm, and fast.

@gp18089, thanks very much in advance, for keeping us informed.

The rules are very clear and of course there is a significant edge even for an average trader if he can understand that it is a different game than real trading. But it doesn't make any sense if you just push buttons. Of course all of us work for payments.

In my case, I don't have any replies yet after two tickets at support and two messages here. And this is not a good sign. My request is still approved in my requests page from 2/5 and my payment information is up to date. There is no excuse to not be paid in this payout period until the end of the month. The second ticket marked as solved by Marrion aka @ApexTraderFunding and this is reasonable because it had the same subject with the other one. But, the fact they deal with it and they don't give me an answer doesn't offer reliability.

If I will not be paid until the end of the month I will finish with Apex and I suggest you to do the same but either way I don't appreciate this behaviour.

Paid. Only one thing I cannot understand. A reply either here or at my support ticket like "We are sorry for the inconvenience due to technical problems or whatever else you will be paid at next payout period" would be fine. Fifteen days without a reply to my multiple messages is not fine. Anyway, 6 payments earlier than on time and 1 payment delayed one payout period is ok.

I think Apex is by far the best in paying out. I've had delays over the years as they've switched processors, but eventually always got paid.

Did you not see the emails about the payment issues? There was quite the changeup in their system on how they handle payments, and I even had to redo my details after I've already received payouts for a few months now.

If you want to see immediate near term information about apex, I would recommend joining their discord - just ignore the trolls and anyone direct messaging you, Darrell is not trying to contact you personally. I've had okay response times to tickets, but sometimes it does take up to 7 days and that's very frustrating

I've been getting paid out with Apex long enough to remember when they first did direct ACH, then switched to Deel, and now back to ACH for payouts. They probably switched to Deel because they had an large influx of new users and thought Deel would help manage it, but it makes sense why Deel wasn't actually the right fit for their payouts, and I'm glad they are back to direct ACH, so much easier

This discord channel is not really helpful, at least if you have some critical questions. The mods seem to be very one-sided, even they are not paid by Apex (what they say). If there is a problem, you are asked to send a support ticket. The support for newbies with mostly the same issues is very helpful, though.

Apex has changed again to a new payout service company called "Plane" without saying much about it, not to say nothing. Does anyone have experience with this company or even had a payout at Apex with them? Thanks.
