Hi, I'm opening unofficial NT8 wish list thread! Since Ray has been so good to us with his presentations etc, I thought we'd compile a list and pass it on to Ray through BM.
So here're my first suggestions:
1) Make both IDataSeries and …
In the mean time, I believe ThinkOrSwim, TradeStation, and Sierra Chart offer options trading.
You can also ask for a platform recommendation in this big options trading thread:
i love you! haha. I did not know about that configure button and it helped me fix one of my biggest issues...the font size! I have a 2560x1440 monitor and everything was so small.
Maybe I shouldn't say this, but you can replay data with ninjatrader without a trial from a broker or buying anything for as long as you want (you won't be able to view live data though, but you can download previous data from the current day). That being said, most brokers will let you use infinite trials for as long as you want and when they expire you can just sign back up or get a different email address if they require...The only problem with this is that you'll need to record your own progress after the trial ends. Brokers can get annoying with their eagerness to sign you up for anything so use this to your advantage so tell them you want a trial and an extension if need be lol
