How does Sierra compare with the more expensive packages like CQG and Market Delta then? I am a user of MD and I think its great but definitely much more costly than Sierra, not sure if its worth the cost if I am only looking at the volume delta
I haven't used CQG IC nor market delta recently, but there isn't a reason to not demo sierra. It offers a lot of bid/ask/volume/tpo related studies as well as flexibility.
Go to the homepage, main, user image gallery for a taste of sc's potential.
Agreed. I've tried nearly everything and this combination is the best value for the money that I have seen. Reliable, fast, stable, full of features, and 'cheap'. My only regret is that CTS does not provide market statistics (internals).
You might bring that up during the next webinar with CTS and Brian (September 7th on futures.io (formerly BMT)). When I spoke with him, he seemed quite open to adding capabilities.
Interesting. @cory, can you clarify where these are coming from? It seems as though they are providing them directly from their side, so it would work independent of your own data feed service (including feeds which do not support breadth indicators, like Rithmic) ?
Sierra Charts is coming back in September for an 'advanced topics' webinar and Q&A, I'd like to see this mentioned
I do understand that I can use multiple data providers with separate instances of Sierra Chart. Is that what you meant? If so, it would just be nice if my main feed (CTS) provided that. If you meant something else, please clarify.
