Sad, sad story about a generous guy who won a $30 million state lottery but was so generous and helpful to his "friends" and strangers that he got into trouble with the wrong "financial adviser" who duped him for the rest and he ended up dead. ($1 million left + mansion) ; I was amazed he did not have a true friend from the "hood" or family who could have helped prevent this.
Also BOA guy did not do enough to prevent this imo. And watch out for LLC and housing deed scams.
