Has anything happened to DTN recently, or do they just not like me?
I reported some basic data errors in June. They said they hoped they'd have them fixed by the weekend.
Last week I checked and they're still a problem. So I replied to their last email. No answer. So I emailed again removing the thread id ([email protected]) No answer again. So I emailed sales and billing and support two days ago. No answer from any of them.
[ As an aside, I wasn't too impressed they had the data errors. They from 2007 and were pretty easy to pick up with a simple sanity check script, which is what alerted me to them, and I'm not a data vendor......]
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Well, credit where it's due, they have now called me twice, apologised, fixed the problem and are looking into the email response issue. An excellent support response from them.
I was at DTN (Telvent) using ProphetX. Absolutely horrible customer service. Never answered emails. Took six months to do a dirty fix of a problem with ES option charts.
I dumped them 2 months ago because there still were numerous cases of incorrect data.
