I recently set up my CQG data again through AMP and tried to plug in my credentials in Multicharts but it will not connect. I get the error "impossible to connect to CQG trading system" on the bottom right. it also will say "connecting" and then shortly there after "disconnected"
I checked the data source settings in the quote manager and in the broker profile
Ive uninstalled and reinstalled, not sure what what else to try
Anyone else with a similar issue? hopefully solved lol

if you correctly configured the account and it still happens after a reboot, I would suggest to contact the support directly (either AMP or MC depending on the version you are using) and they should be able to help you.
As @mattz knows Multicharts very well, I am sure you'll be able to fix it. Maybe you can post the reason and solutions in here, as it might help others, too.
I think this is a simple case of enabling the credentials the right way. We are checking into this.

It seemed to be an issue on AMPs side. I was getting an error on my log that said "trader is not enabled to use AMPMCWAPI please contact your FCM" Matt gave them a call, they clicked a button, problem solved
