There are other vendors out there. It's a shame all he has to do is register a machine ID. He gets the money and wants nothing else to do with you. That's a scam. Again, I've already mentioned this but I have all the evidence of Mike Valtos orderflows scamming. PayPal receipt. Pictures. Emails sent multiple times with no response. Of course I put in a claim with PayPal and raised it to claim status. That was July... Based on 8 community discussions on NexusFi.com.
