Hello, I need help

I do not understand these instructions for entering data in NinjaTrader 7:
INSTRUCTIONS FOR NINJATRADER
Step 1.) Unzip minute.rar located in db\minute
Step 2.) Unzip tick.rar located in db\tick
Step 3.) Delete BOTH minute.rar and tick.rar after unzipping (important)
Step 4.) Create a new .zip file, containing Info.xml and the db folder - NO COMPRESSION NEEDED (it will just take longer to import to Ninjatrader)
- do not zip this readme.txt file
Step 5.) When the folder is finished zipping, change the file extention from .zip to .ntbk
Step 6.) Open Ninjatrader - select File > Utilities > Restore, and select your new .ntbk file‏

These are my questions:
1 When I do step 1 and 2, are extracted to a different folder?
2 When I do step 3, Where minute.rar delete the file and tick.rar?
3 When I do step 4, I have to create a new folder with the following files: db folder + info.xml + Esminute+ tick?
