It's a trap! PriceSquawk has a free version you can use with NT or through any of Jigsaw's supported products and directly with iqfeed, ttapi and other level 1 feeds for playing a buy or sell sound per tick... Is what I would have said in PM
@Sim22
Haven't seen you around for a while? Burn out? I have recently started looking at NT8 and your contributions have been both extensive and impressive. Thank you.
I did have a question about the Delta Package V3 NT8.0.2 indicator. The "Inverse" selection inverts the Delta Buys below the zero line and the Delta Sells above the zero line. Is this what you intended? Usually the Inverse selection of a Delta tool puts BOTH above the zero line. Like this... I have very limited understanding of programming but wouldn't eliminating some of the negative values in the code switch the Negative Delta's to plot above the zero line? If so, I can do it if you tell me which ones.
I was curious about this also,
so I took a look at Gomi's GomDeltaVolume indicator code beside Sim22's DeltaV3 calculations:
They both offers us a Boolean choice: Gomi's code [bool Revneg = true;] In Sim22's code: [bool InvertDelta = false;]
(Gomi's code only reverses the negative delta bars to plot "up", while Sim22's code inverts both plots)
The difference in the code is not huge but it would be a challenge for most of us "code-hackers" here.
If you decide to try and code the changes yourself, you'll have to incorporate your changes in both the Sim22_DeltaV3 indicator and also in the Sim22_DeltaUtilities "Add On".
Bon chance!
