Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Is anyone having issues getting their vendor licensing to open? I am not sure if that is the licensing server people are talking about but I have been going crazy trying to troubleshoot my firewall/antivirus. Thank you.
Since mid-day yesterday our server(s) that host ninjatrader.com and kinetick.com experienced issues that rendered these sites unavailable. Our hosting provider is currently in the process of recovering the sites with a current ETA of later this evening.
This outage has absolutely NO IMPACT to your ability to:
- Access the NinjaTrader platform
- Access trading
- Access email support
- Access ninjatraderbrokerage.com
