Sometimes there are courses on Udemy, but I don’t know if any would go into level two, but they are quite comprehensive so I think you may be able to find level two information that could be beneficial there.

This is the simple explanation: Level 2 data shows all of the orders that have been placed at prices below the best bid price or above the best ask price.

The example below is futures example. Level 2 for Stocks looks a bit different but the idea is the same.

You need a tool to see it. Jigasaw daytr is one of these tools. Sierra Charts can be configured to show it in a same format.
Level two

The red circle shows you what was added and what size was removed from that price. This is in a nutshell.

So is your question ? Is it how to read it? If yes, then you can search for How to read DOM, order flow, some stuff can be covered in tape reading.

You may ask how it can help you. I give you one example. Let's say market is trading price X. and you can see that contract were added to that price. It is call absorption.

If it is exactly what you are after. there are some good resources like. NOBSTrader, Jigsawtrading channel, AXIA futures. They give a lot of information on this topic. Especially old videos.

Try to be a little bit specific with your question.

What exactly are you looking for? Just a general understanding of how to use depth of market orders?
