Hi Zeller. I am not to sure what they call jerky downunder. I know here in the States its Jerky, but biltong is sooooo much better, especially if it is kudu or rooibok biltong.( although I've also had many different kinds of biltong) I've got some good recipes if you want to try and make some.... Biltong eaters (and carnivores) of the world unite :eating::becky: Have a good weekend Mick
