Thats some beautiful country.Scary mud! you couldnt pay me to walk through that, especially with my dog, as he has no problem tracking thru my house. That horse looks like he was sizing you up.....
I know! I tease that horse though so we aren't friends. I don't think he has very good eyesight but his predator detection circuitry still works a treat so I play on that weakness.
Sometimes I'll walk up to his paddock quietly and stand behind a bush.
As far as the horse is concerned, he is being stalked by a predator because something is on the very edge of his territory but he can't tell what or where it is. So the horse will just stand there like that staring at the bush and the one time it was for about 10 minutes. Then I grab a branch and pull on it which causes the whole bush to shake about and this of course freaks the shit out of the horse. The one time he reared up and neighed and ran around in circles snorting. It is funny as f*** and it gets him everytime. The one day it was about an hour's worth of entertainment. He was neighing and throwing his head around and running to the back gate and into the middle again so totally pumped on adrenaline he must have slept like a foal that night haha.
He's the best for it though. Some of the other horses are pretty laid back and will just walk up to check out what's going on.
ha! You better watch out...someone will video you on their phone and facetime it to the the whole neighborhood!Remember....big brother is always watching!
Yeah you're right maybe I should stop. I mean I wouldn't say I pushed into the realm of psychological abuse but on reflection, the poor horse must have some serious trust issues thanks to me. It's all fun and games until Chester starts biting humans and kicking on the barn door in the dead of night because he's having flashbacks of shadows and predators in the bushes. It must be why he is isolated in that field all by himself, the owners have reached the end of their tether after spending hundreds of thousands on horse therapists attempting to determine why the darling horse has gone all schizzo on them.
Bit of an update. The past few days have been a feeding frenzy. THere has been so much food that I decided to delay the snake diet until all the leftovers have been eaten. I havent even managed to get halfway through all the Gammon and potatoes, turkey, puddings, chocolates etc. I cant eat anymore seriously Im just over it now. The kids can take care of the cleanup I have officially started as of last night 21:00.
My wife has completed her first 72 hour fast, and her body has now entered the ketosis stage where it is releasing water and burning fat from storage. I expect to go through a similar process. 1st day hunger and headache. 2nd day headache and third day no more hunger or headache only ketosis. Ill document this process every 24 hours until I reach full ketosis and then Ill decide what to do from there.
The snake juice tastes awful and makes me gag, so I wont be sipping, only chugging. Until I get used to the godawful flavour
LOL I wish you all the best man... after the debauchery we encountered (and will encounter tomorrow evening) I'll be due for a good wringing out and reset. Eager to hear how it goes for ya... Cheers @Grantx, hope you have a great New Years.
Its been 38 hours so far and the headache I had yesterday is gone. THe hunger pangs were bad last night and all I could think of was giving up and eating an omelette, took the dog for a 3 hour walk yesterday which didn't help (actually it probably did as Im trying to speed up the process into ketosis by expending more than I consume). Ive been downing the saltwater and used to the taste now. Physically Im feeling more lethargic but mentally more alert.
My wife is on 80 hours and has lost 4kgs (she is in full ketosis). Her headache is gone and she says she feels absolutely fine physically and mentally which is surprising because she was expecting a lot more discomfort, hunger, emotion, anguish etc.
I have the ACV with Muther. I purchased it after I took that picture.
I had a kidney shot earlier which is basically lemon juice, ACV and bicarbonate of soda. Apparently it helps the kidney and liver filtering toxins out of the body. Lemon juice was fine but the ACV is horrendous tasting.
@MiniP why on earth would you drink that every morning?
