SC is a great platform in my opinion. The thing that bugs me the most relative to customer support is that when a user has a question, their standard response is to point the user at that section of the online documentation to read. What they point to probably contains the answer, but at the same time it’s them basically saying figure it out yourself....
I has been already 8 years with SC. I have had max 10 questions / wishes to SC.
All solved smoothly, no problems no bad customer service.
If you are active trader then market will provide you 14,3 x more " headache " than SC customer service.
In this month I have already 59 losing trades but account is positive.
And as I remember IB and SC is not good match. It was even mentioned in SC internet site.
Notice: Sierra Chart technically supports Interactive Brokers but no technical help is provided when using Interactive Brokers with Sierra Chart. It is fine to use Interactive Brokers if there are no other choices for what you are trading or based upon your country of residency. However, if you have technical issues, you need to be self-sufficient and rely upon this documentation for help and other documentation on the Sierra Chart website.
