I was wondering if anyone uses Tradingview to trade on? I use it for charts and I would like to be able to trade from the charts. My current broker basically has no charts at all and does not connect to anything. I have read some reviews on brokers and tradindview and they say you can not adjust bracket orders from the charts and other issues. I tried calling a broker today that is listed on Tradingview and they said that they can connect to it but they can not tell me if it would work because it would not have anything to do with them.
So I was wondering if anyone uses Tradingview to trade or could suggest some combination of charts /broker I could use to trade from / adjust the order by dragging on the chart.
Thanks.

Hi there , I’m in a similar position . Recently opened an account with ironbeam ( for futures anyway) as they are integrated with tradingview. Assuming you are in the USA maybe give it a try
There is a substantial risk of loss in futures trading. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Trading futures and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. You may lose more than your initial investment. All posts are opinions and do not claim to be facts. Please conduct your own due diligence. Use only Risk capital when trading Futures.

I'm using AMP as a broker, and they have a private label link to Tradingview.
I logged in with my CQG credentials, and was able to place an order in the chart and move the stop/target. The basic functionality for chart trading seems to be there. You seem to need to interact with the order panel more, and can only modify one side of a bracket at a time.
Thanks for the info, overall it was more involved than I realized. And then it seems like in the end if I went with Amp they offer multicharts and it seems like that is better than tradingview anyways. So I just need to think about what to do.
Yeah not many TV guys in here, I like TV for the easy of use for charting and the pine scripts for coding. There are some really good resources for coding in TradingView. The DOM definitely could use some work.
Why Tradingview is not popular here? Lack of Order flow tools?
Do we TV thread on here? I find this (futures.io) very hard to navigate...
Can we create Tradingview sub forum?
