The files should be unzipped into the \db\data...

The files should be unzipped into the \db\data directory (not db directly).

I went back and checked the Downloads section, the instructions there are correct :)

Ok, what version of 7zip are you using? Or whatever program (WinRAR, etc)? It could just be an older version, and I used the latest engine to compress it -- so your version was unable to decompress...
