There are three things that make noise in a case:

a) PSU
b) CPU HSF
c) GPU HSF

Buy the best PSU you can, and buy a silence/quiet model...

So the new Asus ROG Maximus VIII Impact mini-ITX doesn't have M.2, only U.2 --- which means no Samsung 950 Pro NVMe support.

Was waiting for this board because it was such a good mini-itx board...
