I owned a 2 before upgrading to the 3, the 3 is 100% better. The 4 will continue the tradition, be lighter, faster, but no change in form...

I've had a Surface Pro 2 and currently have a Surface Pro 3. It's a fantastic device. However, I would suggest waiting another month and buying the Surface Pro 4 at the end of October.
