Personally I run Windows 7 and have been since the early betas. Is great so far, although I would probably be running Ubuntu on my primary desktop if it weren't for the triple-monitor desktop issues...

Which OS do you run?
I also think it is fair to list Windows 7 if you plan on upgrading to it ASAP, since it's also already available for download now.
