I tried to contact them via email and have...

I tried to contact them via email and have received no response for 4 days.
This is not looking good. Too risky to purchase and use software that is not supported properly.

Looks pretty good.....and it's cheap ($100).
Integration with Excel is something I've been looking to do....
and it does extend the functionality of Easy...
